HLP Credit Solutions Corporation offers customized credit restoration, ITIN structuring, business credit building, and mortgage readiness programs. All consulting fees and service structures are governed by the specific written Client Services Agreement executed between the Client and HLP Credit Solutions Corporation prior to the commencement of any work.

A. In-Arrears Performance Billing:

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), HLP Credit Solutions Corporation never bills for credit dispute services in advance. Monthly administrative or work fees are charged only after documented dispute correspondence and audit actions for the preceding cycle have been fully performed and delivered.

B. Written Contract Requirement:

Every client receives a comprehensive written contract detailing the precise scope of dispute services, mortgage readiness timeline, payment terms, and statutory disclosures before any credit investigation commences.

C. Right of Cancellation:

Clients may cancel their service agreement without penalty within three (3) business days of execution by submitting written notice via email to info@hlpcredit.com or via certified mail to our Mansfield, Texas headquarters.

D. Payment Processing:

All service fees are securely processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant merchant payment gateways. Clients authorize recurring monthly service fees where agreed in writing for ongoing file management until program completion or written cancellation.

6. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

Successful credit profile engineering and mortgage readiness requires active client cooperation. Clients agree to:

  • Maintain an active MyFreeScoreNow 3-Bureau monitoring account throughout the service period without changing login credentials without notifying HLP staff.
  • Forward all correspondence, dispute result letters, and credit bureau communications received from Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or collection agencies within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Refrain from applying for new consumer credit, retail store cards, auto loans, or incurring new collections/late payments without prior consultation with your assigned HLP specialist.
  • Keep all existing open revolving credit card balances below 10%–30% of their credit limit to support positive score velocity.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees & Third-Party Lending

Credit scores and mortgage underwriting eligibility are determined by independent third-party credit repositories (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion), automated underwriting systems (Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter / Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor), and individual mortgage lenders. HLP Credit Solutions Corporation does not guarantee specific point increases, deletion of accurate data, loan approval, or exact funding amounts.

HLP Credit Solutions Corporation is a financial consulting and credit services organization, not a direct mortgage lender, bank, or FDIC depository. All mortgage loan approvals and down payment assistance grants are subject to formal lender application, income verification, and final underwriter sign-off.

8. Dispute Resolution, Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or services provided by HLP Credit Solutions Corporation shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The place of arbitration shall be Tarrant County, Texas. You and HLP Credit Solutions Corporation agree that all claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
